Young people from four area First Nations have a chance to pick-up free sports equipment next Monday. The equipment will be at the Wasauksing Community Complex for kids from Magnetawan, Henvey Inlet, Shawanaga and Wasauksing. Winch Group Benefit Consultants has held the event for the past seven years. The goal is to help First Nation young people build confidence and self-esteem be engaging them in sports. The First Nation police and OPP are partners with the event which runs from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
