Parry Sound’s Stephanie Weeks is hoping to be named Ms. Health and Fitness 2024.
The 22-year-old certified personal trainer and international jump rope medalist is competing for the title, which comes with $20,000 and a photo shoot for the cover of Muscle and Fitness magazine.
Weeks is an alumnus of the local skipping club Georgian Jumpers. She recently finished first and tied a National speed record at a provincial jump rope competition and will be competing at Nationals May 18-19.
Last year, Weeks won a bronze medal at the World Jump Rope Championships in Colorado.
