Forest Street will be closed beginning next week as construction in set to begin. Today, Bowes Street will be down to one lane each way as the contractor for the project will locating and sizing the pipe that the new pipes from Forest Street will be connected to. Director of Operations Peter Brown then explains that construction on Forest will start next week.

This project was scheduled to start during the summer but was delayed until now. Brown says as much work is hoped to get done before significant snow is on the ground sometime in December.
