Waterfront Advisory Committee needs volunteers

The Town of Parry Sound is looking for volunteers to play an active role in a new Waterfront Advisory Committee.

The purpose of the Committee is to identify opportunities to demonstrate environmental stewardship, beautify and enhance the waterfront.

Five volunteers are needed and some qualifications apply including being 18 years of age or older, be a resident of Parry Sound and it is preferred that applicants have experience in one or more of the following areas. Environmental Stewardship, creating people gathering places, waterfront enhancement or event organization-management experience. Deadline to apply is Monday, September 13th at 4 p.m.
