The local health reported the second death associated with the Skyline-Lancelot COVID-19 Community Outbreak on Tuesday.
Officials say the individual had a preliminary positive result for a COVID-19 variant of concern.
As of Monday, the health unit has identified 41 cases linked to the community outbreak in COVID-19, 26 of which have positive preliminary results for a variant.
