Staff have seized more than $70,000 in contraband at Gravenhurst’s Beaver Creek Institution.
According to Correctional Service Canada, a package which included suspected tobacco, marijuana, and methamphetamine was on its way into the prison on April 10.
Inside the institution, officials estimate the contents of the package would have been valued at $71,090.
