The West Parry Sound Fire District will bow out of this year’s fire season gracefully with the danger level remaining at low.
Normal burning rules continue with campfires allowed for cooking and warmth, fire permit fires, fireworks allowed and daytime burning with a permit.
Some Municipalities have slightly different rules, so always check with them first.
The Ontario fire season runs from April 1st through to October 31st.
