WHITESTONE, ON-An off-road single-vehicle collision has resulted in a fatality in Whitestone Township.
On July 28th, around 4:00 p.m., the West Parry Sound OPP, Parry Sound EMS and the Whitestone Fire Department responded to a collision on Clear Lake Road after a vehicle travelling eastbound left the roadway, struck a tree and rolled over.
29-year-old Andrew Larrain from Barrie was pronounced dead at the scene.
The passenger was brought to a nearby hospital, then airlifted to a facility in Toronto for serious injuries.
