The French language elementary school will be on the move.
At tonight’s (Tuesday) Council meeting, Council approved a change to a bylaw which will allow the school to move into the South Western section of the Parry Sound Mall.
The 5,000 square foot space is currently used by the Harvest Church.
At the last Council meeting a representative of the French School Board indicated that they were working on a three- year lease with the Mall which would give them time to seek Government funding for a permanent location.
At present the school is located on the Parry Sound campus of Canadore College.
