Big changes in Seguin after the unofficial municipal election results. Former councilor Bruce Gibbon is Seguin’s next mayor as he received a large majority of the votes with over 3000. In Ward 1, Dale Graves received 319 votes to unseat Alex Chidley, Ted Collins received 455 voted to beat incumbent Everatt Jacklin in Ward 5, while Rod Osbourne kept his seat in Ward 3 getting 491 votes. Ward 2 was acclaimed by Mario Buszynski, Ward 4 was acclaimed by Doug Sainsbury, and Ward 6 was acclaimed by Jack Hepworth. The official results are expected to be verified by the Deputy Clerk later today.
