The Town of Parry Sound wants to hear from residents about a rezoning on Louisa Street.
There’s going to be a public meeting to consider a proposal allow for up to 160 apartment units at a maximum height of 16.5 metres. Right now the property is zoned for 74 retirement residence units.
The property sits on a vacant lot roughly across from Spruce and Cedar Streets. The public meeting is happening on September 4th in the council chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s municipal office, 52 Seguin Street, at 7:00pm.
