Cyclists are hitting the road this weekend to make a difference in the lives of people and families affected by Parkinson’s. Starting today and each day of the weekend, Pedaling for Parkinson’s will have cyclists of all ages riding routes of between 40km and 130km. Close to 150 riders have registered and the campaign reached their goal of $100,000 yesterday which all goes towards the Pedaling for Parkinson’s Research Grant. Visit www.pedalingforparkinsons.ca for all the info. Our very own Ted Jessop will be pedaling on Sunday in hopes of cycling 100km.
