A Powassan-area man is believed to have defrauded ODSP over $180,000. North Bay OPP and the Ontario Disability Support Program investigated claims from the 53-year-old from Chisholm Township and determined them to be false. He has been arrested and is charged with fraud over $5,000 and will appear in court next week to answer to the charges. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the OPP or call Crime Stoppers to leave an anonymous tip and be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
