A concerned horse owner in the Sundridge area has offered up spaces on her property to house any horses affected by the Parry Sound 33 fire.
Lynn Remmelgas says she had seen through social media over the weekend that there was a need to house displaced horses. She has been going on social media offering her farm, which features multiple fields and paddocks, to anyone who has had to evacuate the area and needs a place to park their horses.
She is also offering to go and get the horses affected by the blaze using her own trailer and truck.
