Families and children are invited to join YMCA for their Healthy Kids Day. On Sunday, the YMCA of Simcoe and Muskoka will join other facilities across Canada in hosting the Healthy Kids Day event. The program is designed to help kids and families embrace healthy habits that can become a lifelong practice. Across Canada, most children do not meet recommended levels of daily physical activity. In Parry Sound the YMCA is hosting a Community Open House from 9am until 2pm. Meanwhile in Gravenhurst, the YMCA is offering Family Programs and community stations from 1pm until 4pm.
