Carling Township is preparing for the official opening of its newly renovated rink at Centennial Park.
The upgrades include the addition of a roof, something Carling Mayor Mike Konoval says will extend the skating season.
The Mayor also says the roof will keep the facility active the whole year round.
The ribbon cutting takes place at 12:00 pm on Saturday during Winter Carnival 2018. The rink will be open for skating weather permitting.
