Get your day-timer out as Snowfest 2018 is set to blanket the region with winter activities.
Kicking things off for the weekend extravaganza will be the Fisherman’s Ball and Dance at the Bobby Orr Community Centre on Friday, February 16th between 6 pm and 1 am.
Organizer and Order of Parry Sound member Jim MacCoubrey says the event has its roots in 4-H.
Featured entertainment for the dance will be the Sunny Slope Boot Legger Band.
Tickets for both the dinner and dance are $25 and $10 for the dance only.
All proceeds will go to the Hospital for Sick Children.
Snowfest 2018 runs between Friday, February 16th and into Family Day Monday on February 19th.
