A Parry Sound region grandmother is doing the happy dance after winning $1 million.
Bonita Reichstein of Trout Creek says she couldn’t believe her eyes when she learned she had won the Guaranteed $1 million prize from the January 13th Lotto 6/49 draw.
After her daughter double checked the numbers, it was off to the local variety store where she saw the words “Big Winner” on the customer screen.
Reichstein says she plans on buying a new Buick and a new car for her daughter as well as helping her grandson in the future with his hockey tuition.
The winning ticket was bought in North Bay.
