A commercial truck stalled on a hill in McDougall leads to charges for an Essex, Ontario man.
The 45-year-old trucker was attempting to climb McDougall Rd. on Thursday, November 29th at 10 in the morning when he ended up stuck in his rig.
West Parry Sound OPP was called and found, along with the help of MTO Enforcement, that the tractor-trailer had major mechanical problems.
As a result, the driver was charged with driving a commercial vehicle with a major defect, as well as driving an overloaded truck and not having an insurance card.
