Police are laying charges after an e-biker was caught driving drunk in a snowstorm.
On Sunday, Southern Georgian Bay OPP was called to Penetanguishene after getting a call about a possible impaired driver. The e-bike was spotted driving through whiteout conditions during a snow squall. Officers pulled the driver over and a 32-year-old Penetang man was arrested and charged with impaired driving.
He was released from custody and will be in court on November 30th.
