The Forest of Reading is coming back to Parry Sound. More than 2,000 Near North students from grades three to eight will participate in the largest children’s reading program in the country, the Forest of Reading. Students will attend events in North Bay and Parry Sound, where they will have opportunities to interact with authors, experience engaging workshops put on by the authors themselves, and visit information tables attended by guests from community services. The Forest of reading will take place in North Bay on April 29th and here in Parry Sound on April 30th at the Parry Sound High School cafeteria.
