Esprit Place wants you to reconnect with the outdoors. They are participating the in Let’s Get Outside program which is a youth-inspired, youth-led Children & Nature Network initiative to rally people of all ages to Play, Serve and Celebrate outside. It’s called the Highway 400 Let’s G.O. challenge and local residents in West Parry Sound are encouraged to submit their creative way to get active and spend time outdoors. The whole month of April will be dedicated to your own creative ways of “Getting Outside” and experiencing nature on your own in an outdoor location of your choice with your family, with a co-worker, a special friend and/or with your pet. Those interested can head to www.childrenandnature.org/letsgo and fill out a registration form and submit it after your event is completed before May 3rd to be eligible for a nature based gift basket and a certificate of participation.
