Police have arrested two men wanted on warrants. Almaguin Highlands OPP was patrolling the Village of South River on Sunday when they saw a known man drive into the Kwick Way parking lot on Highway 124. The officer confirmed that the driver was wanted on a warrant from Orillia and arrested the 27-year-old. It was learned that there was another man with the driver and the officer went in the store to speak with him. The second man was arrested as the 29-year-old was wanted on a warrant from Bracebridge. Both men were returned to the OPP stations where their warrants were issued to deal with their outstanding criminal matters.
