Ontario is making University and College free for over one hundred thousand students.
The Deputy Premier was in London, Ontario last Friday to unveil the revamped OSAP.
OSAP will now be free for any student whose family makes less than $50 000 a year.
According to the provincial government, 80 percent of OSAP users ineligible for free tuition will have smaller debts to repay.
