Seguin firefighters were kept busy last battling a fire in a former hotel. Firefighters were called to the scene just after 7:00 p.m. last night to battle the blaze at the Magic Lake Villa on Lake Joseph Road. The facility was vacant at the time of the fire and has been for some time, being one of many tourist facilities that closed when Highway 400 bypassed the old highway 69. The investigation into the fire continues.
