A snow squall warning has been issued to the south. Environment Canada says cold west to northwesterly winds off Northern Lake Huron and Georgian Bay are creating snow squalls in areas of Coldwater, Midland, Washago, Barrie, Orillia, and Collingwood. With water partially covered with ice, meteorologists say snowfall amounts won’t be excessive, but 10 to 15cm can be expected today. Off lake flurries will continue tonight and into Tuesday. Here in Parry Sound, we could see some flurries but no accumulation.
