Toronto woman face multiple charges in Summer fraud case

Police have solved a fraud case in Parry Sound from June.

On June 27, a woman using a fake name cashed a cheque from her employer in Barrie at a business in Parry Sound.

Later that day, she cashed another cheque at another location in the Town of Parry Sound.

Several weeks later the businesses, which honoured the female’s cheques, discovered that they were in fact fake cheques.
