YMCAs in the Simcoe/Muskoka region are mixing exercising with fundraising. The second annual Move to Give event will be held simultaneously at eight area YMCAs including the one here in Parry Sound on Saturday. Participants will have the opportunity to challenge themselves physically while at the same time, give back to their community. The Parry Sound YMCA will be hosting a two hour boot camp followed by Family Fitness hours. The goal of the campaign is to raise more than $85,000 in an effort to promote better health and physical activity and to eliminate the financial barriers that many youth in our communities are facing.
