Northerners can now easily connect to home and community services to stay healthy and independent. A website has been developed with the support of the North East Health Integration Network and supported by the North East Regional Community Support Services Network. The site is available for use by Northerners looking for services for themselves or a loved one, as well as health care providers such as physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses looking for support services for their patients. North East LHIN CEO Louise Paquette says they are pleased to partner on this new website as the service it delivers is in line with what the LHIN heard from residents over the past year.
