Highway 141 at the Rosseau River will reopen today. The Ministry of Transportation is opening the bridge to one lane of traffic beginning this afternoon. Temporary traffic signals will be used to control one lane of two-way traffic until a permanent structure has been constructed sometime next year. Over the winter, the Ministry will monitor the accumulation of snow through the construction zone and remove any build up as required. The detour signs will be taken down later this week.
