A young Huntsville man faces drinking and driving charges after mischief in Novar. Almaguin Highlands OPP were called to a home in Perry Township Saturday night to find that a Huntsville man had driven his vehicle on the front and side lawn of the property. With help for police in Huntsville, a male suspect was arrested in Huntsville and brought to the detachment in Almaguin Highlands where the 22-year-old driver was charged with driving while ability impaired, driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, and mischief under $5000. He’s set to appear in a Sundridge court next month to answer to his charges.
