Three Huntsville men are being fined for unsafe hunting practices.
The men were travelling in a motorboat down the Oxtongue River last October. From the motorboat they opened fire on what they thought was a moose.
However, what they shot at was not a moose but a decoy set up by conservation officers.
The three men have been charged a total of $5000 for their actions.
