West Parry Sound OPP has released results of their Operation Corridor Blitz. 6 vehicles were placed out of service due to major defects and 5 notices were issued. Operation Corridor is an annual initiative between the OPP and the Ministry of Transportation targeted at ensuring commercial trucks are meeting the province’s standards with a focus on vehicle maintenance, inspection and loads. They also check for safe driving behaviours.
