The West Parry Sound OPP is charging a local man in connection to an assault in a home.
Police received a call last night at around 9 pm from a residence on Joseph Street. The caller told the police he was being attacked.
A 34-year-old man from Parry Sound was arrested and charged with assault, uttering death threats and being unlawfully in a dwelling.
He was released and will appear in court on October 5.
