West Parry Sound OPP nabbed nearly 80 speeders. It was part of the nearly 100 charges laid over the Labour Day long weekend. They also handed out two stunt driving charges, among many other charges. They also conducted 10 R.I.D.E. programs and responded to 161 calls for service which included bear complaints, domestic disputes, and many more criminal and provincial matters. Police would like to thank the many Ontario residents and visitors who did their part to ensure that they and their families made it through a safe long weekend on our roads, waterways, and trails.
