Police received a wide-range of service calls during Boots & Hearts in Oro Medonte

Police responded to 90 calls for service during Boots & Hearts country music festival.  Barrie OPP says from last Wednesday until Monday morning, they responded to several calls of service at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds.  The calls included medical assistance, mischief, minor thefts and drug-related offences.  Police say the traffic plan was successful and it didn’t show any effects from the increase in traffic headed to cottage country.
