One official with Environment Canada believes the warm weather is here to stay. Forecasts are calling for above normal temperatures for the Parry Sound and Muskoka area as we could see highs close to 10 degrees. Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says there is a good chance these conditions are here to stay.
Coulson says this is very different for this time of year.
It’s believed that most of the white stuff could disappear with these warm conditions and he says to get used to this weather.
He says there is a chance at the end of the month where we could see a mix of snow and rain, but notes it’s too far to tell.
