Operation Christmas Child has once again been successful in Parry Sound. Our community has donated enough toys, books, and other presents to ship 436 boxes to children around the world who may otherwise not know the joy of giving and receiving at Christmas. St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church once again organized the local Samaritan’s Purse campaign coming up just 22 boxes short of last year’s total. A total of 7,000 boxes were filled this year in the entire Sudbury district.
