Thomas Hennig returns to the Parry Sound courthouse tomorrow morning for a not criminally responsible hearing. In May, Hennig pleaded not guilty to the charge of operating a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner causing death.
The court adjourned to give the defence time to do an assessment to determine if Hennig is not criminally responsible. Hennig was arrested and charged after 56-year-old David Robb was killed in a crash on Highway 124 last year.
