Thomas Hennig will return to court in July. Hennig appeared in court this morning and pleaded not guilty to the charge of operating a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner causing death. A not criminally responsible hearing will be held on July 6th. The court has adjourned giving the defence time to do an assessment to determine if Hennig is not criminally responsible. Hennig was arrested and charged after 56-year-old David Robb was killed in a crash on Highway 124 last year.
