Carling Township is providing more people access to a petition to fix Highway 559.
Earlier this week Parry Sound-Muskoka MPP Norm Miller announced he was launching a petition asking the Ministry of Transportation to redesign Highway 559. The petition is asking for better sightlines, a better road surface and bike lanes to accommodate cyclists.
Miller made the petition available at his constituency offices and at the Carling Municipal building. Now, it can be accessed online at the township website.Â
Signed petitions should be returned to one of Miller’s offices or at the Carling Township office by mail or in person.
