Port Carling hockey player continuing his career up north

A local hockey player is headed north to continue his playing career.  Port Carling resident Andy Baker has been picked up by the Powassan Voodoos out of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League.  Baker played with the Huntsville Otters Junior C team last year, racking up 62 points.  He also played two games last year with Powassan as an affiliate and scored six points.  He was selected by the North Bay Battalions in the 2015 OHL Priority Selection.
