It was a great end to Community Living month in Parry Sound. Yesterday morning, Mayor Jamie McGarvey was on hand to host the eighth annual Mayor’s Breakfast in support of Community Living Parry Sound at Wellington’s. McGarvey explains the importance of having Community Living Parry Sound a part of our community.
One of the guest speakers was Executive Director for Partners for Planning Jeff Dobbin. Community Living Parry Sound Director of Supports and Services Brad Horne explained what Partners for Planning is about.
The second guest speaker was Entrepreneur Julian Escallon who dreams of becoming a change agent to promote employment for those with disabilities by sharing his story.
