West Parry Sound OPP lay drug charges following traffic stop

Three people are facing a handful of drug-related charges following a traffic stop on Hillcrest Avenue on April 2.
According to the West Parry Sound OPP, officers stopped a vehicle just before 11 p.m. for a sobriety check, and open alcohol was observed in the vehicle.
Police say a search of the car found $5,000 worth of suspected cocaine and MDMA, along with $1,100 in cash.
Police arrested a 29-year-old Seguin man, 34-year-old Seguin woman and 22-year-old Parry Sound woman. They are each facing multiple drug trafficking charges.
All three were scheduled to have bail hearings on April 3.
