The Lakelands North region includes Parry Sound, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Huntsville and surrounding townships.

Across Canada home sales were down 3.1 per cent in February, according to the Canadian Real Estate Association.

CREA officials said that how  busy the overall season turns out to be will depend on if we see interest rate cuts from the Bank of Canada. They add that February could end up being the last “relatively uneventful” month of the 2024 housing market.
