Equipment stolen from Argyle Fire station

The Argyle Fire Department is appealing for information after a break-in to one of their fire stations on the weekend.

Among the missing equipment is a small Husqvarna chainsaw, an oxygen tank, blood pressure machine, defibrillator and more.

Also taken was some bunker gear, which is the yellow suits crews wear on emergency scenes and a toolbox filled with various equipment.

Officials are asking anyone in the area who may be approached to buy or trade for the equipment to contact fire chief Andy Hutchins at 705-471-1440 or the North Bay OPP.

Argyle fire crews serve the communities of Loring, Port Loring, Arnstein and Golden Valley.
