Thirty firefighters from Parry Sound and McDougall Fire attended a house fire Tuesday on William Street between Virginia Heights and Hillcrest Streets.
Fire Chief Dave Thompson says Parry Sound Fire received the call around 10:00 a.m. and that police and Hydro were already on scene. The house was fully involved when they arrived.
No one was at home at the time of the fire and firefighters managed to protect homes on either side of the property.
Thompson says the house is a total loss on the inside.
