A Parry Sound resident was arrested and faces weapons charges for possession of a stun gun.
On Thursday last week, the OPP’s West Parry Sound Detachment Crimes Unit executed a criminal code search warrant at a residence on Parry Sound Road.
As a result, officers seized a prohibited weapon and arrested and charged a 31-year-old male for possessing a prohibited device.
The accused is currently in custody and is set to appear in court on Friday.
