The local health unit reported no new cases of COVID-19 from Parry Sound on Thursday.
This marks the third day where the health unit is reporting no active cases of COVID-19 district-wide in Parry Sound.
In Nipissing, the health unit added no recoveries and one new case placing that district at three active cases of the virus.
The health unit also reported a Nipissing resident received a preliminary positive result for a variant of concern, the 31st case of a variant in that district.
According to the health unit’s latest data, 385 COVID tests were done in the last 24 hours.
