The local health unit confirmed that a member of the Sunset Park Public School in North Bay community tested positive for COVID-19.
As a result, the Early Learning, Kindergarten JK/SK Immersion Class and anyone who took the Stock Bus Lines – Bus 164 on February 4 and 5 have been dismissed.
Officials say the individual was at the school during their infectious period and is currently self-isolating.
The health unit is working with the school and Near North District School Board to contact all close contacts directly.
